What calls cost
All our 09 lines are 65p per minute plus your phone company's access charge. The price is shown next to every number and read out at the start of every call, before you're connected.
The access charge
UK calls to 09 numbers have two parts. The service charge is the 65p shown on this site. The access charge is set by your own phone company and differs between providers, so check your tariff if you want to know the exact total.
How billing works
The call is charged to the phone you call from and appears on your bill as a premium rate call. If you'd rather it didn't, you can pay by card instead.
Keeping track of spend
- Calls are charged per minute, so decide how long you want before you dial.
- Calling a specific line directly skips the menu.
- Card talk time lets you buy a fixed amount up front.
Blocking 09 numbers
If you want to stop premium rate numbers being called from a phone, ask your network for a premium rate bar. Most UK providers do this free.
